What to do...

Hey, I'm still in high school and I don't have any friends who'd probably be willing to be in a movie. I don't wanna just sit around and do nothing until I go off to film school, so what do you guys suggest I do? It's basically just me and the camera.

thats all you need. Have you ever seen Max Headroom the movie?
Its about a news reporter, who carries his video camera around on his chest, he looks down at the camera when he want to report on something.

Get use to the camera, composition etc, check out some short films. You don't need people to make a film. Take loads of film and stick it all together!! What is it you want to do? If you want to write as well you can always practice screenplay form.
